Premium Email Archival with Storage-Only Option
Premium Email Archival with Storage-Only focuses on immutable storage
for your email messages. While our basic service does not supply permanent
storage options, Premium Email Archival provides you with permanent
storage services tailored to your needs. Features include:

Permanent Solutions
With Premium Email Archival you never need to worry about losing track of
emails again. Your messages are stored on three different servers in different
geographic locations as well as on vault-stored CDs. Even with potentially
large amounts of emails, however, the archives are still accessible and easily
searched. Emails can be identified in searches via the To, From, body,
attachment, and date information.
Increasing Storage
Storage capacity is allotted to grow with users. Each user is provided with
one gigabyte (1GB) of storage space per year, with an increase of one gigabyte
(1GB) per user for each additional year of service.
Premium Email Archival with Compliance Controls
Premium Email Archival with Compliance Controls has all the features of the
Storage-Only option with added settings for additional pro-active controls.
This package focuses on prevention beyond storage.
